Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Dynamic professionals are sought to provide specialized speech-language services within a K-12 school environment in Jupiter, FL. This contract position focuses on supporting students from various grade levels, including pre-high school, ensuring that their communication needs are effectively met.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote effective communication strategies
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
