No experience? No problem. We’ll pay you to learn.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain residential swimming pools (we'll teach you everything you need to know!)

• Manage your own route after 1 month of paid hands-on training

• Keep pools sparkling, equipment running smoothly, and customers happy

• Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, and you can start the pool route early if you prefer to finish sooner. Routeswill vary but generally you can expect to work 7-8 am to 3pm-5pm. This depends on the amount of pools you service and how fast you are.

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone who is able to work Monday-Friday (Saturday if possible)

• Someone who speaks Spanish and English is preferred

• Reliable, hard-working, and motivated to take charge of your own schedule

• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active

• Good with simple tools and following a routine (we'll handle the technical stuff)

How Your Pay Adds Up:

An avergae technician can manage 60-75 pools per month, with 4 visits per pool. This gives you the potential to earn $2,600 - $3,600 per month with performance bonuses based on customer satisfaction and on-time pool completion.
