Revology Cars is hiring an Auto Repair Technician at the Orlando, Florida facility where we build and restore 1960 - 1970s Ford® Mustang® and Shelby® GT Mustang automobiles.
ABOUT THE JOB
Auto Repair Technicians at Revology Cars work in the Final Assembly department and perform a variety of tasks. Assignments may include some or all of the following:
- Adjusting windows and doors to meet gap specs, eliminate wind noise and be watertight
- Installation and/or assembly of powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, driveshafts, rear axle assemblies, fuel systems, and exhaust systems
- Installation of powertrain electronics, control modules, and harnesses
- Install and assembly of chassis components including suspension, steering, and brakes
- Installation of automotive interiors
- Installation and alignment of doors, fenders, hoods, fascias, bumpers, windows, exterior and interior trim, moldings, and other components, adhering to a tolerance of +/- 0.5mm
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional experience in heavy collision, custom car builds and/or restoration
- Must have successfully completed a technical program in auto repair or have equivalent experience in automotive mechanical and/or electrical work
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use, or willingness to learn to use, an iPad
- A paid work test will be required to demonstrate your skillset and allow our team to evaluate your skills, techniques, and abilities
PAY AND BENEFITS
- $28-$40/hour, depending on skills and experience
