Panama City, FL | Day & Night Shifts Available (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Rotating Weekends)

Up to $15K Sign-On Bonus | Shift Differentials | Relocation Assistance Available

N2S Healthcare is looking for a skilled Medical Lab Technician to join a high-performing clinical team in a fast-paced hospital environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform lab testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology
• Accurately report test results and alert clinical staff to critical findings
• Ensure proper specimen collection and maintain detailed records
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Support quality control and sterility protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Florida State Medical Lab Technician License (or application in progress)
• MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT certification required
• High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
• Prior lab experience preferred, but training available for candidates with strong foundational skills
• New grads with clinical rotations or lab assistant experience are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rates: $22.66–$30.54 based on experience
• Evening ($1.45) and Night ($2.50) shift differentials
