We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the general upkeep and repair of residential and clubhouse facilities. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and takes pride in maintaining the property in top condition while guiding and supporting a small maintenance and janitorial team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including painting, pressure washing, and replacing pavers, tiles, and gate latches.
  
• Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, walkways, and building exteriors.
  
• Schedule and manage dumpster pulls as needed to ensure proper waste handling and cleanliness.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds, identifying maintenance needs, safety concerns, and areas for improvement.
  
• Perform and oversee light irrigation tasks, including replacing broken sprinkler heads, turning controllers on/off, and making minor system adjustments.
  
• Carry out or assign basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as required.
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, supply inventories, and equipment records.
  
• Train, guide, and assist maintenance and janitorial staff with daily tasks, seasonal projects, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  
• Communicate effectively with property management and residents regarding maintenance requests and project updates.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  

Full-Time Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm

Up to $22 DOE
