Role Description 
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Associate at Mansfield, Bronstein &amp; Stone, LLP in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in courts. Some work from home is acceptable in this role. 
Qualifications

<li>Proficiency in drafting motions and conducting legal research</li>
<li>Experience in taking depositions and representing clients in courts</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team</li>
<li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school</li>
