Job Title: Final Machining Operator 1st Shift & 2nd Shift
Location: Fort Myers, FL

Pay: $21.00-$25.00

Schedule: 6:30am-3pm Mon-Fri 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Final Machining Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Fort Myers, FL. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong production machine knowledge who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

This company will train in this position for someone who has basic production shop and/or machine shop knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Operate final machining equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines as necessary to maintain precision and accuracy.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve production challenges.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production machining environment (aerospace experience preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow precise specifications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
