SD Marine, a premier marine service center in the Florida Keys, is seeking an experienced Service Writer to join our growing team.
Position Overview: The Service Writer will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a smooth workflow from scheduling to completion. This role involves preparing work orders, communicating with customers, coordinating with technicians, and keeping jobs on track and on time.
Requirements: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lightspeed experience a plus (marine or powersports industry preferred) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational and communication skills &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced service environment &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
