Pay Rate: $15–$17/hour (starting)
Pay Increase Upon Permanent Hire: $18–$19/hour
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: First week of February
Job Overview
We are hiring Production Associates for a large, modern distribution facility in Palmetto, FL 34221. This is a high-volume hiring need with multiple start dates throughout February and strong potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and attendance.
The facility is state-of-the-art and fully air-conditioned and heated.
Shifts Available
First and Second Shift available
Key Responsibilities
- Perform production, packaging, and distribution-related tasks
- Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
- Meet productivity and quality expectations
- Assist with general warehouse or production duties as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a physically active environment
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- English preferred but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
