Chaz 51 Steakhouse in North Venice, FL is looking for one BOH supervisor to join our 43 person strong team. We are located on 549 553 Us Hwy 41 Bypass North. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervise cooks and kitchen helpers</li>
<li>Ensure kitchen staff is adhering to health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Purchase food and kitchen supplies as needed</li>
<li>Maintain quality and consistency of all food served</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a BOH Supervisor</li>
<li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities</li>
<li>Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment</li>
</ul>
