A top-ranked and highly reputed home health care company in Florida is seeking a Clinical Manager to support a field team of clinicians. As a Clinical Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care, while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for your team. What you'll do:

Lead and mentor a field team of clinicians, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to excel.
Provide clinical oversight and guidance to your team.
Collaborate with other leaders to uphold and enhance our high standards of patient care.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to Medicaid

What you'll bring:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a home health care or similar clinical setting.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Proven leadership experience managing and overseeing clinical teams.
A strong understanding of OASIS EMR.
In-depth knowledge of Medicaid regulations and guidelines.
A passion for people-first care and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
