Summary
America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for a Field Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding company at our Seminole, FL office. As a Field Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site operations. To be successful in this position you'll need to have strong customer service and leadership skills, as well as 2+ years in a similar role. Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to personnel, supply, delivery, and weather
- Delegate projects and individual responsibilities to crew members and contractors
- Act as a manager to employees and contractors, while also providing mentorship and training
- Assist in the recruitment of various positions in the production department
- Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules and deadlines, laws, regulations, best practices on the job, and safety needs
- Generate and manage project budgets and quality standards for all work sites
- Coordinate orders and delivery schedules of all equipment needed for the project
- Communicate with subcontractors their overall responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe project site and holding them accountable
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience as a field supervisor or similar role
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Ability to work in-person during office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; 10741 Endeavour Way, Seminole, FL 33777
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual is a plus
