Key Activities:

• Equipment Qualification: Use precise instructions for setup and operations.
• Quality Verification: Conduct checks using metrology and inspections tools.
• Data Management: Input critical SPC data to maintain control quality.
• Issue Resolution: Implement recovery plans for anomalous processes.
• Process Enhancement: Apply experimental designs to upgrade processes.
• Supportive Mentorship: Facilitate team enrichment through training sessions.
• Safe Workplace: Maintain a highly organized work environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: High school/associate degree with 2-6 years in the field.
• Experience: Wafer manufacturing or equivalent fields.
• Qualify for Top Secret clearance.
• Flexible: Ability to manage a compressed work schedule.
• Experience in areas such as metrology and lithography beneficial.

Desirable Competencies:

• Security: Adept in dealing with classified material with a TS/SCI clearance.
• Process Understanding: Six Sigma Certified and government program experience valued.
• Technological Proficiency: MES experience highly preferred.
• Driven by results and collaborative spirit valued by the organization.
