We are seeking a Guest Experience Managerto join our team. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary: The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring every guest receives exceptional, personalized service from arrival to departure. This role oversees guest experience and concierge, resolves concerns in a timely and professional manner, and works closely with operational teams to maintain high service standards. The Guest Experience Manager monitors guest feedback, implements service improvements, and leads by example to create a welcoming, memorable environment that exceeds guest expectations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and service experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort, with concentration within the housekeeping function.
  • 3 - 5 years' progressive experience in guest services, front office, or rooms division within a luxury or upscale hospitality environment.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience required.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Ability to provide legible communication.
  • Patience and Integrity.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult situations.
  • Calm under pressure: must have the ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, effectively prioritize work and assignments, and accurately meet deadlines.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in management in a AAA Five-Diamond, Forbes Five-Star property.
  • Work closely with staff to ensure guests have extraordinary experiences. Assist in the training, mentoring, supervision and motivation of team.
  • Ability to understand guests' service needs.
  • Knowledge of Forbes Five-Star standards.
  • Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guests within any given period of time.
  • Ability to focus attention on details.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (Opera or similar preferred).
  • Comfortable using guest feedback platforms. CRM tools, and service-tracking systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office or Google experience.
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
