Contract Administrator
Location: Tampa, FL
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contract creation, negotiation, execution, and compliance. This individual will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency and legal accuracy across all business agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including service agreements, supplier contracts, and NDAs.

  • Monitor contract timelines, deliverables, expirations, and renewals.

  • Facilitate the contract execution process, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly authorized.

  • Handle contract amendments, extensions, and modifications in collaboration with relevant departments.

  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.

  • Work closely with internal teams including procurement, finance, legal, and operations.

  • Maintain and organize a centralized contract repository.

  • Provide data-driven reports and performance metrics related to contracts.

  • Support audits and help resolve any contractual disputes or compliance issues.

  • Offer training and guidance to internal teams on contract procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 3 years in a contract administration or related role.

  • Solid understanding of contract law and legal terminology.

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Icertis).

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience analyzing contract data.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CFCM) are a plus.

  • Demonstrates high integrity, strong ethics, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
