Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand aesthetic goals and build long-term client relationships
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Educate patients on products, services, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal outcomes
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Collaborate with team members to create best-in-class client experiences
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and marketing events
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Mentor newer team members and contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Set and meet performance goals for treatment outcomes and client satisfaction
\n\t\n\t\n

Qualifications:
\n\n
- \n\t
- \n\t
Valid NP, PA, or ARNP license (required)
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
2 + years of hands-on experience with injectables (neurotoxins, fillers) in a MedSpa or aesthetic clinic
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
OSHA and HIPAA certified (or willingness to obtain)
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Experience with lasers, microneedling, body contouring, or skin tightening a strong plus
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Passionate about aesthetics, safety, and continuing education
\n\t\n\t\n
