Job DescriptionHealthPlus is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in Sebring, FL.

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 year of experience in a primary care setting required.
• Education: Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
• Licensure: Active FL license with no restrictions
• Department: Family Medicine
• Schedule: Full Time
• Salary: 90K–95K a year, Productivity Bonus + Full Benefits
• Location: Sebring, FL
• Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thur 7:30am-5pm | Wed 7:30am-4:00pm | Fri 7:30am-1:00pm NO WEEKENDS
• Patient Load: 20-25 PPD
• EMR: eClinical Works
