Our outpatient orthopedic center is home to a collaborative team of doctors, therapists, and dedicated support staff members. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about patient care and eager to make a difference. You’ll work with patients of all ages and abilities, helping them regain mobility, recover strength, and return to the activities they love—whether that’s athletics, work, or simply enjoying everyday life.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by the State Practice Act.

  • Implement, with minimal supervision, high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures

  • Maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of licensed physical therapists

  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to maximize patient function and outcomes

  • Support patients with motivation, education, and hands-on care

  • Contribute to a positive patient experience and team environment


What We’re Looking For

  • Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)

  • Strong communication (bilingual+) and teamwork skills

  • Dedication to patient-centered care and positive outcomes

  • College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program

  • Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE

  • CPR certification
