Base Salary: $120,000 – $125,000

The Opportunity
A leading digital health company is seeking a driven Mid-Senior Software Engineer with strong .NET Core experience to join its fast-paced team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead backend development on a platform that directly improves clinical outcomes in wound care. You’ll join a collaborative environment with high visibility and the chance to work on new application builds, backend stabilization, and healthcare system integrations.

This position is remote-first, with two onsite working days required per month. Candidates must live in South Florida (Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade counties).

Key Responsibilities

Redesign and stabilize the backend architecture using .NET Core and modern database practices
Participate in building version 2.0 of a cloud-based clinical platform
Develop clean, scalable APIs and services that integrate with EHR systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless performance across web and mobile applications
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning
Troubleshoot and debug critical issues with a strong focus on .NET code and database optimization

Ideal Experience

3–5 years of professional experience in .NET Core development
Experience with Angular (preferred, not required)
Strong skills in debugging and backend optimization
Working knowledge of database management (SQL, Azure SQL)
Exposure to or interest in healthcare tech, EHR integration, or mobile application development
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Enthusiastic about collaborating and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
