Mission for the Role

The Project Administrator will drive smooth project operations and provide reliable support to the Tampa office as a whole, ensuring accuracy, organization, and excellent service for both teams and clients.

Outcomes:


  1. Internal Satisfaction: Achieve an internal satisfaction score of >90% from project managers, field teams, and support staff.
  2. Project Tracking: Demonstrated ability to simultaneously track 10–20 active projects while keeping all documentation accurate, organized, and up to date.
  3. Documentation Accuracy: Maintain 95%+ accuracy in project documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
  4. Process Reliability: Ensure contracts, PDFs, and project records are properly stored, sent, and saved in alignment with company standards.
  5. Office Support Contribution: Provide consistent, reliable administrative and operational support that contributes to the Tampa office’s overall growth, efficiency, and team alignment.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a project administration, office administration, or related support role.



Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage 5–10 projects without missing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Communication & Client Support: Proven ability to deliver satisfaction through professional communication and responsiveness.
  • Team & Growth Support: Experience supporting hiring efforts, onboarding, and team meeting coordination.


Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Industry-specific experience (construction, restoration, or related industries).
  • Certifications relevant to project administration or construction management.
  • Experience coaching, training, or mentoring others.
