Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee guests, staff, and resolve issues in a courteous manner</li>
<li>Assist in the FOH with steps of service and the overall guest experience</li>
<li>Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation at all times</li>
<li>Effectively manage P&amp;L to drive profits</li>
<li>Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs based on current trends</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations</li>

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Full Service General Manager Experience of at least 2+ years</li>
<li>Experience with BOH operations is a must</li>
<li>Strong history of upward growth in a career</li>
<li>Great leadership and team development capabilities</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Bilingual Spanish/English preferred</li>
<li>Hands-on and leads by example</li>
