Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Construction Superintendent at Cameron Constructors, Inc. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites in Greater Orlando, FL. You will manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to construction plans and specifications, maintain construction schedules, enforce safety protocols, and provide regular progress updates to project managers. This is an on-site role, requiring you to be present at the construction sites.
Qualifications
- Construction Site Management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Budgeting and cost control knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in commercial construction
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction Safety are a plus
