Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily lawn maintenance operations.
Operate standard lawn equipment, including stand mowers, trimmers, edgers, and weed whackers.
Ensure all tasks meet our quality and safety standards.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License: Essential for transportation to various job sites.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in lawn maintenance and equipment operation.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat. Lifting heavy objects.
Leadership Skills: Experience in leading teams and managing projects effectively.
