Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification is needed for a contract role starting January 5, 2026, through May 28, 2026, serving K-12 students in various school sites within the Collier County area in Florida. This position requires an active BCBA license and offers the opportunity to work directly on-site addressing behavioral and intervention needs in diverse educational settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analysis and intervention services to students across multiple school locations, including elementary and high school levels.
  • Implement and monitor individualized behavior plans, collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
  • Serve two IBI2 (Intensive Behavioral Intervention) autism classrooms in elementary settings and support high school interventions.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective behavioral supports and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA licensure required.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in school environments preferred.
  • Strong skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and autism spectrum interventions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage varied caseloads and adapt to different school settings.

Location and Schedule:

  • On-site only position in Naples, Florida, specifically within school sites such as Lake Park Elementary and Barron Collier High School.
  • Full-time hours, approximately 37.5 hours per week.
  • Contract duration is aligned with the current school year calendar.
