Reputable, boutique Plaintiff's P.I. Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Civil Litigation Legal Assistant with FL Civil Litigation experience to join its DOWNTOWN MIAMI (Brickell) office. (This is a 100% "IN OFFICE" position - if you're looking for remote, please do not apply).

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 3+ years experience as a PERSONAL INJURY (or B.I. Defense) LITIGATION LEGAL ASSISTANT in Florida. This is NOT a "Paralegal" role as it is more clerical but with law firm experience required. MUST know how to e-file in FL.

SALARY: $60,000 to $80,000 (DOE)

DUTIES: scheduling, managing calendars, drafting pleadings/motions, issuing & answering written discovery, e-filing, and other legal assistant work. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
