We are searching for a Nuclear Scheduler Planner, Assoc on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment (W-2). The Planner will primarily plan work for outages. Planner may be required to plan online and emergent work. Planner may be asked to plan work for other nuclear facilities.

The person will create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify potential delays or risks.

A Nuclear Scheduler Planner, Assoc is a critical role responsible for the strategic planning, sequencing, and documentation of maintenance and operational work within a nuclear power plant. This role interfaces with various plant departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and operational schedules.

As for duties and responsibilities, this is what we have for a Planner:

• Plan and organize preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment and systems
• Creates clear and concise work instructions that are sequenced in a logical, efficient manner
• Ensure work instructions are performed in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Reviews and interprets Engineering Change implementation requirements
• As required, conducts field walkdowns to identify and analyze corrective and preventative maintenance, modification, and surveillance activities
• Coordinates with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering on work instruction requirements

Requirements:

• Previous commercial Nuclear experience
