Job Title: Technician - Engineering (Entry Level)
Location: Pensacola, FL (Onsite)
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Perform mechanical and or electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of all manufacturing and facilities equipment
- Supervise the upgrades/modifications to all equipment in order to maintain an "As New Status" (Includes function and appearance).
- Identify key areas for improvement and execute the corrective action
- Manage and execute small scale equipment & facility projects
- Perform and execute Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Execute equipment startup, equipment support and calibration.
- Supervise contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc) and coordinate mechanical assemblies
- Communicate in timely manor relevant information pertaining specific programs and engineering disciplines.
- Lead FMEAs for equipment upgrades, changes or obsolescence.
- Utilize Root Cause Analysis in problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Train/Mentor Maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and problem solvingTA.
