Electrical Lead– Residential (High-End Custom Homes)
Location: Miami-Dade County, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25–$30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to lead crews on high-end custom home projectsthroughout Miami-Dade County. Projects include luxury remodels and new residential construction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows residential electrical inside and out and can run clean, efficient job sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead residential electrical crews
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate daily manpower, materials, and job tasks
- Ensure all work meets NEC and Miami-Dade code requirements
- Perform and oversee installations, troubleshooting, and inspections
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and homeowners
- Maintain safety, quality, and professionalism on job sites
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- Foreman or lead experience required
- Strong experience with high-end custom homes
- Experience in remodels and new construction
- Knowledge of NEC and local codes
- Ability to manage crews and schedules
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
