We are seeking experienced and dependable Independent Contractors to complete moving jobs You will handle residential and commercial moves, providing top-notch customer service, careful handling of clients’ belongings, and efficient execution of moves from start to finish.

Compensation:

• Revenue split: 70% Contractor / 30% Company on each job assigned.
• You keep 100% of your crew’s tips.
• Paid per completed job.

Responsibilities:

• Provide your own moving truck and moving crew.
• Load, transport, and unload residential and commercial items safely.
• Wrap, protect, and secure furniture and fragile items.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and our dispatch team.
• Arrive on time and complete jobs according to the agreed schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
