Our mission is to elevate access to advanced interventional procedures while reducing hospital transfers and improving patient outcomes. We are expanding rapidly throughout Florida and are seeking a talented, board-certified Interventional Radiologist to join our growing clinical team.

We are actively recruiting a Board Certified Interventional Radiologist with experience in both venous and arterial procedures to provide field based vascular services. This is a mobile position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a direct impact in underserved care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform bedside vascular procedures in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

· Conduct clinical assessments, procedural planning, and post procedural care.

· Work collaboratively with facility staff, referring providers.

Required Qualifications:

· Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology

· Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology

· Proficient in:

o Venous procedures: RFA, EVLA, sclerotherapy, phlebectomy

o Arterial procedures: Angiography, PTA, embolization, thrombolysis

· Prior experience in SNF, outpatient, or mobile IR settings strongly preferred

· Excellent bedside manner and clinical autonomy
