Job Description

The Home Owner’s Assistant (THA) is seeking skilled and reliable field technicians who are true “jack of all trades” professionals. In this role, you’ll perform a wide variety of residential repair, improvement, and remodeling services. From plumbing and electrical work to woodworking, decorating, odd jobs, and deck repair, our technicians handle it all with quality, professionalism, and care.

As a THA field service technician, you’ll work directly in customers’ homes, solving problems, completing projects, and delivering an exceptional service experience. Candidates must be dependable, self-motivated, and experienced across multiple trades.

Responsibilities:

Perform general home repairs and maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more
Execute remodeling and renovation tasks (framing, drywall, flooring, painting, etc.)
Handle woodworking, deck repair, and installation projects
Assist with small-scale decorating, finishing, and odd jobs as assigned
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
