We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented newly licensed Assistant Property Manager to support the full management of a high-rise community. This individual will work closely with the Property Manager and Board of Directors to ensure the community’s goals are met while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of property management.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the overall management and operations of the high-rise community.

Support the Property Manager in serving the Board of Directors to help them achieve community goals.

Oversee day-to-day staff activities, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to policies.

Coordinate and monitor property maintenance, repair projects, and vendor services.

Assist with financial management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.

Maintain accurate records, contracts, and correspondence in compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.

Help enforce community rules, regulations, and standards.

Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, board packets, meeting minutes, and resident communications.

Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with state and local laws, as well as association governing documents.
Community Association Assistant Managers must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.
Full-Time
Compensation up to $75k DOE
