We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented newly licensed Assistant Property Manager to support the full management of a high-rise community. This individual will work closely with the Property Manager and Board of Directors to ensure the community’s goals are met while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall management and operations of the high-rise community.

  • Support the Property Manager in serving the Board of Directors to help them achieve community goals.

  • Oversee day-to-day staff activities, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to policies.

  • Coordinate and monitor property maintenance, repair projects, and vendor services.

  • Assist with financial management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and correspondence in compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.

  • Help enforce community rules, regulations, and standards.

  • Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, board packets, meeting minutes, and resident communications.

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws, as well as association governing documents.



Community Association Assistant Managers must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.


Full-Time

Compensation up to $75k DOE
