We are partnered with a medical device manufacturer hiring for an Industrial Mixer to join their team.
This candidate will operate and tend to machines that mix materials or ingredients used for production processes or manually mix ingredients. You will be responsible for loading materials into mixing machine, and ensure results comply with specified batch requirements.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 5 AM - 2:30 PM - Weekends and OT as needed to meet demand.
Payrate: $18.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to start up and shut down all equipment according to procedures and specifications, and perform minor clearing of jams and downtime issues on the line.
- Report any abnormal equipment function, or product problems to the production manager.
- General cleanup of work area during and at the end of each shift.
- Must be able to read and record accurate documentation of all production and quality reports.
- Follow written orders/recipes.
- Lift and carry at least 50 LBS up and down stairs regularly.
- Must have good math skills (you will use this daily).
- Measure, Mix and Weigh materials.
- Responsible for reading instructions and putting in raw ingredients into the mixture.
- Consistent bending and standing is required.
- Ability to work in a non air conditioned warehouse.
