Established (20+ Years) Litigation Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Insurance Defense in Miami
An established litigation firm with over 40 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with insurance defense experience to join its Miami office. The firm represents clients across multiple industries and specializes in product liability, aviation, personal injury, property insurance and coverage, nursing homes, motor vehicle liability, transportation, and commercial and casualty insurance matters.
Offer:
Salary range: $115,000-$145,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:
3-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Trial preparation experience preferred
Florida Bar membership in good standing
Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills
Responsibilities:
Manage insurance defense cases from inception to resolution
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Advise clients on litigation strategy, liability exposure, and risk management
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters
