About Us
Rose Serenity Wellness Center Inc. is a small, private mental health clinic in Jupiter, FL, dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families. We are currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern to join our team. This part-time, 1099 position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in both in-person and telehealth outpatient counseling within a supportive and collaborative practice.
Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist and Registered Interns to join our team! In this role, provide outpatient counseling services to a diverse client base, primarily focused on individual therapy but also serving families and couples. Sessions will be conducted both in-person and through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Additionally, this role involves fieldwork, requiring the intern to meet clients in community settings such as schools, homes, or other public locations as needed. If you are a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, we offer free supervision hours toward your licensure.
Pay
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour clinical hours based on experience

Schedule
Position Type: Hybrid (Telehealth & In-Person)
This is a hybrid position, meaning you will conduct both telehealth and in-person sessions.
- Current in-person need: Fridays 2:00 PM 5:00 PM and Saturdays 1:00 PM 5:00 PM.
These hours are not flexible and are required to meet client needs. - Telehealth sessions: Scheduled Monday through Thursday, based on client availability, not staff preference.
Telehealth session times can occur anytime between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with the last session starting at 7:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM.
Applicants must be comfortable maintaining a flexible telehealth schedule while committing to the required in-person hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children in a private practice setting, both in person and via telehealth.
- Provide mobile mental health services, meeting clients at schools, homes, or other public settings as required.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation for each client session, utilizing clinical terminology.
- Collaborate with qualified supervisors and team members to develop effective treatment plans.
- Engage with clients professionally and respectfully, ensuring culturally competent and sensitive care.
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT OR RMHCI, RCSWI
- Realiable vehicle & liability insurance required
- Experience 2-5 years in the mental health field
- Language Skills Must be fluent in English. Fluent in Spanish as well is preferred but not required.
- Mobility Ability to travel within the community to meet clients as needed.
- Documentation Skills Proficient in clinical note-taking and terminology.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
