Job Summary We are looking for a professional high-rise Maintenance helper for a 17 story building to join our team. You should have experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, in addition to the regular building maintenance. You must be organized and committed to meeting safety standards at all times. Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Help with routine maintenance for all equipment and public areas</li>
<li>Undertake repair and maintenance projects</li>
<li>Excellent painting skills</li>
<li>Communicate all problems and resolve them or make recommendations to upper management for resolution</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Certificate of completion from a trade school preferred; or commensurate education and experience accepted</li>
<li>Ability to quickly diagnose problems</li>
<li>Must be fluent in English</li>
</ul>
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
