We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our esteemed dental practice. In this dental treatment coordinator role, you will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.
Your key responsibilities for the dental treatment coordinator will include:
- Reviewing treatment plans with patients, discussing procedures, costs, and insurance coverage
- Coordinating patient schedules and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Assisting with insurance verification and claims processing
- Discussing financial options and payment arrangements with patients
- Providing outstanding customer service and addressing any patient inquiries or concerns
DAYS/HOURS:
Monday and Tuesday 7:30 - 5:30 (one hour lunch)
Wednesday 9:30 - 7:30
Thursday 8:30 - 6:30
Friday - an optional day if want more hours. Can do some CE on that day
ONE SATURDAY a month, 7:30 - 1:30

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus
- Knowledge of dental insurance procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills
