Job Description
The Groundskeeper/Janitorial staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the facility, including tennis courts, surrounding grounds, and indoor areas. This role ensures a welcoming and safe environment for all players and visitors. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and prepare tennis courts for play, including: 
<ul>
<li>
Sweeping and cleaning court surfaces 
</li>
<li>
Checking and maintaining nets and court lines 
</li>
<li>
Removing debris and addressing hazards (puddles, cracks, etc.) 
</li>
<li>
Assisting with court repairs and surface maintenance as needed 
</li>
</ul>

<li>
Perform general janitorial duties in indoor areas: 
<ul>
<li>
Cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas 
</li>
<li>
Emptying trash and recycling 
</li>
<li>
Maintaining janitorial supplies 
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Monitor and maintain equipment inventory (maintenance and cleaning tools, court equipment) 
</li>
<li>
Perform minor maintenance tasks or report larger repairs 
</li>
<li>
Follow safety protocols and use equipment properly 
</li>
<li>
Assist with special events or tournaments, as required 
</li>
</ul>
 Pay rate: Up to $18DOE Full-Time Wednesday through Sunday 6:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m
