You Have:

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/Lighting/Shading/Control (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Location:

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
• 105 NW 8th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311

Schedule:

• Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week
• Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

Your Contribution to Illusive:

• Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
• Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
• Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
• Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
• Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
• Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
• Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
• Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness

Illusive's Contribution to You:

• $90k to $105k (Based on Experience)
