In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include pipe fitting, insulating, welding, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, and installing new equipment.&nbsp; You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. <li>Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis</li>
