Project Manager – Concrete Restoration

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience in concrete restoration, structural repair, and façade rehabilitation for commercial and high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will lead multiple restoration projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of concrete restoration projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure adherence to scope, quality, and timelines.
- Prepare project documentation including estimates, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
- Monitor costs and productivity; ensure projects meet financial objectives and safety standards.
- Lead regular site meetings and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing concrete restoration or structural repair projects—preferably on high-rise or large commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of concrete repair methods, post-tensioning, façade restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
