Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and hard-working Cashier/Team Member to join our team! As a Cashier/Team Member, you will take orders, and help prepare orders. You will provide excellent customer service by ensuring all transactions run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer warmly and actively assist while they are ordering
- Collect cash, card, and digital payments with honesty and precision.
- Issue receipts and refunds to customers
- Maintain a solid knowledge of the menu to assist customers with their orders
- Prepare orders, sides, and packaged food items with care and attention to detail
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with light food prep, such as assembling sandwiches, plating sides, and packaging orders
- Help answer customer questions about our menu and promotions.
- Support your teammates during busy periods to keep service smooth and efficient.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Team player attitude—willing to jump in where needed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
