We are seeking reliable and experienced Service Plumbers to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically skilled, and able to work independently while delivering high-quality service.
This position is ideal for a plumber who enjoys service work, troubleshooting, and direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing service, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial customers
- Diagnose plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing components such as faucets, toilets, sinks, water heaters, and valves
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Clearly explain plumbing issues and solutions to customers
- Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and job documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work vehicle
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Plumber or Plumbing Technician
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing issues efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, bend, crawl, and work in confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred, not required)
- Experience with water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Experience in drain cleaning, leak detection, and plumbing repairs
- HVAC or mechanical background is a plus

Work Schedule
- Full-time position
