Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up materials
• Load and unload construction materials and tools
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
• Assemble and dismantle temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding, barricades)
• Perform demolition tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
