Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall maintenance and upkeep of exterior grounds
- Achieve a clean, comfortable, presentable and positive guest experience
- Emptying trash containers
- Walking exterior of property picking up trash and debris
- Vacuum pool and hot tub
- Clean in and around front and rear fountains
- Power Washing
- Other minor tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
