Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT operations, support, and infrastructure, and is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in IT.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software.
• Support end-users with IT-related inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
• Help maintain and update IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking.
• Participate in system upgrades, backups, and patch management tasks.
• Assist with troubleshooting network and connectivity problems.
• Support the IT team in day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows/Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with IT ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365), or basic scripting.
• Exposure to cybersecurity principles.
