Pure Bliss Day Spa is a locally owned business that has proudly served our community for nearly 18 years. Based in Juno Beach, FL, we are expanding our presence at The Wanderers Club in Wellington, where a newly renovated spa and wellness center is being developed to deliver a polished, elevated experience for members and guests.
Position Overview
We are seeking a physically strong, skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with active clients, delivering results-driven treatments, and providing a high-end spa experience.

Compensation
$37–$44 per hour (W-2)
➕ Commission on services and retail sales
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional deep tissue and sports massage services

Perform client consultations to assess needs and treatment goals

Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism

Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and home care

Deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with spa standards
Qualifications

Active Florida Massage Therapy License (required)

Strong deep tissue and sports massage skills

Physical stamina and strength to perform therapeutic treatments

Excellent communication and customer service skills
