About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recovery Attendant at UFC GYM in Doral, FL. As a recovery attendant, you will play a crucial role in assisting members with post-workout recovery, ensuring a positive and rejuvenating experience at our facility.

Responsibilities
- Sell recovery memberships and promote services/products
- Book recovery appointments during check-ins and phone outreach
- Guide potential members through the Recovery Tour experience
- Assist members with proper use of recovery equipment and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized recovery area
- Monitor member safety during recovery sessions
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- Experience in a fitness or recovery setting preferred
- Knowledge of recovery techniques and equipment
- Prior sales experience, ideally in a fitness, wellness, or service-based environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- Commitment to providing a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience during Recovery Tours
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly recovery appointment and membership goals
