About You:
You are outgoing and have a welcoming personality. You aspire to be a Member Services Agent who is responsible for welcoming guests to the Grey Oaks Country Club pool, responding to all guest requests, assisting guests and Food and Beverage service with any reservations and/or requests guests require. You are excited to be responsible for exceeding Member and guest expectations and proactively seek opportunities to enhance Member and guest satisfaction through positive interactive skills. About Grey Oaks:
Considered one of the premier Country Clubs in Florida, Grey Oaks opened in 1993 and encompasses the Grey Oaks and Estuary communities, along with 54 holes of championship golf. The Club's facilities include a 63,000-square-foot east clubhouse, 12,000-square-foot golf pro shop, golf performance center, 30,000-square-foot wellness center, sports center, and the pool café, a 22,000-square-foot complex with indoor and outdoor dining overlooking an expansive resort-style pool with a wading entrance, waterfall, and lap lanes. Additionally, The Estuary offers a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse with indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the golf course, as well as a golf pro shop and his-and-her locker and card rooms.

Requirements:
Primary Job Duties:
- Maintain complete knowledge of Grey Oaks Country Club features, services, events, amenities, location and hours of operation.
- Complete daily setup of areas, escort guests and assist them with their service requests throughout the day and complete pool turndown services.
- Takes orders of food and beverage in an accurate and timely manner, places the order in the POS and delivers orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps pool deck and Cabanas free of debris and clean.
- Maintain and organize the pool furniture, tables, etc
- Anticipate and deliver guests requests effectively.
- Process charges and payment settlements.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck and entire property areas.
- Ensure all Grey Oaks core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
- Communicate all safety and repairs needs to the appropriate department or member of management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
- At least six (6) months of customer service experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working in a club or resort pool environment.
- Previous experience in a large, luxury club or resort setting.
