Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall, and general repairs. This role also requires HVAC certification and EPA certification, as you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating and cooling systems in addition to general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other building equipment.

  • Complete drywall repair, painting, and other general handyman tasks as needed.

  • Inspect and maintain HVAC systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and handyman work.

  • HVAC Certification (required).

  • EPA Certification (required).

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in varying environments (indoor, outdoor, hot, or cold conditions).

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders as needed.
